Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Cancer
Radiotherapy until now is still the mainstay of therapy and additional treatment may be given a surgical dissection of the neck, giving tetracyclines, interferon, chemotherapy, and antiviral vaccines.
Concerns about the side effects of radiotherapy delivery such as dry mouth, fungus in the mouth, neck stiffness, headache, nausea and vomiting may occasionally occur. It can therefore be recommended in people to bring drinking water in the activity and try to maintain the cleanliness of the mouth and teeth.
Vaccine in high-risk population can be done to reduce the incidence of this disease in the area.
