Safe from Breast Cancer If Often Gardening and Tidy Home

Breast cancer is a frightening specter for women. To reduce the risk of this deadly disease, women should do a lot of active lifestyle, for example, is by gardening and doing household chores.

One study found that gardening, doing housework and walking can reduce the risk of breast cancer by 13%. While women are active enough to walk alone reduce the risk of esophageal cancer by 8%.

The study involved 8,000 women were examined by researchers at the European Prospective Investigation of Cancer (Epic). The findings indicate that the most active women more likely to get breast cancer 13% lower than inactive women.

Research published the International Journal of Cancer suggests that mild exercise alone is beneficial for women. These findings confirm that the once powerful active lifestyle helps protect women from the risk of esophageal cancer.

"Exercise can include anything that makes the body slightly out of breath as gardening, walking or doing housework. Tiny changes in your daily routine may reduce the risk of breast cancer, can be a lot of use stairs instead of the elevator or walk when going to work or to school, "said researcher Sara Hiom as reported by The Guardian.
