This especially important for women. Apparently, the risk of breast cancer was associated with the number of hours of sleep a night.

Therefore, women seem to have to start keeping the quantity of sleep.

Recent studies show that women who sleep less actually increase aggressive breast cancer risk.

The findings in the journal Breast Cancer Research and Treatment has been proven that women with hours of nightly sleep less than six hours a night for two years had a higher risk of suffering from these deadly cancers.

Researchers at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, concluded that there was a body clock disturbance (circadian rhythms) due to lack of sleep could lead to cancer.

"Sleep is a time for the body to repair itself, especially the damaged cells, and this may be impaired," explains the researcher.

Researchers assert that this risk is higher in postmenopausal women. However, there is also the possibility occurs in young women.
